Product Name: Polyimide Adhesive Film with FEP Coating on Single Side Insulation Material
Description:
The Polyimide FEP Film is a dry adhesive tape, which is made by a polyimide film coated with Teflon FEP fluoropolymer adhesive on one side (FH) or both sides (FHF) upon high-temperature baking. Overall speaking, this film combines the excellent properties of Polyimide film and FEP (F46) resin, and it has a unique balance of excellent electrical, thermal durability, and chemical properties over a wide range of temperatures. It resists both high and low temperatures, radiation, and it is mechanically and electricallystable. In addition, it is self-adhesive. It also acts as a moisture barrier which enhances the chemical corrosion resistance.
Characters:
* Higher mechanical strength, better dielectric strength with thinner insulation ply;
* Excellent heat resistance ,used as class- H insulation and can work for a long term at
180°C but short time at 260°C;
* Good flexibility, better tear resistance and excellent workability, and can be glued on the
different-sized workpieces;
* Self-sticking and good bonding strength , no removal after stripping off;
* Different thickness and width to meet customers�specific requirements;
Application:
The Polyimide FEP Film can be melted and solidified quickly at defined temperatures. It is widely used as electrical insulation
layer for wires, cables and electromagnetic wires, as well as candidate insulation material for various H-grade motors.
Packing
The tape roll and disc should be rolled up on a pipe core whose internal diameter is about 76mm or 36mm, and then the tape roll and disc should be packed into a plastic bag with good sealing, and then be transported into a wooden box with damp-proof paper or into a dry and clean carton.
