Description
The polyimide adhesive film was manufactured by coating one side of polyimide film with polyesterimide adhesive and then baked at a high temperature. The product is compliant, smooth, flat, non-sticky, and in a semi-tran***rent gold color. During practical application, after heated up 230 (80 lower than that for FH, FHF films) for 5 minutes, the adhesive film becomes high skicky and electric insulating, water-proof, acid-proof, heat-resistant, and oxidation-resistant, etc. It can be used under a temperature of 180 for a long time.
Application
When the adhesive film is used with the tapping of rectangular copper wires, it may be applied as a thin insulating layer that exhibits better sealing ability and damp-resistance, higher breakdown voltage, all with an easier manufacturing process. The adhesive film can also be applied as the main insulating material for the AC/DC motor coils, which can be easily bonded together through the thermo-pressure technology.
Packing
The tape roll and disc should be rolled up on a pipe core whose internal diameter is about 76mm, and then the tape roll and disc should be packed into a plastic bag with good sealing, and then be transported into a wooden box with damp-proof paper or into a dry and clean carton.
The roll over 300mm will be clamped with pads at both ends and packed in a dry and clean i***ct-resistant carton.
The roll less than 300mm will be sealed in a paper box, and then placed in a dry and clean carton.
The product acceptance certificate should be acco***nied with each package. In addition, each package should be specified with product description, size, lot number.net weight, date of production, name of the manufacturer. The precaution words such as dampproof and collision-proof should be clearly marked on the box.
Period of storage:One year upon normal temperature in the original package (avoide direct sunlight)
